"I reached out to Little River from a friend's referral after having an unpleasant experience at another office. My dog was in crisis and I was pretty distressed yet I was met with kindness, compassion and professional excellent care from the first phone call to the techs to the vets, and follow up. My dog ended up having to be hospitalized but it has turned out well and I felt supported every part of this journey. All my questions were patiently answered. I really appreciate this practice!"
